  • certified organic Calendula (calendula officinalis) flower, certified organic Chamomile (matricaria recutita) flower, certified organic Peppermint (mentha x piperita) aerial portion, certified organic Cinnamon chips (cinnamomum burmanni) bark, certified organic Licorice (glycryrrhiza glabra) root, certified organic Ginger (zingiber officinale) root

  • Pour 8 oz of boiling water over 1 TBS of herbs. Steep for 5-10 minutes then strain.
